We will only bill you on a per-minute basis, at our standard support rate, only after the initial 10 minutes for the duration of the support call. We will also provide you with a full, detailed report of the actual time spent connected to the remote support session, together with all the information related to such connection duration.  This has saved our clients thousands of rands and resulted in a more effective and efficient means to resolve support issues that can be performed remotely.

Support fees will be only become applicable for any remote support provided on our legacy software PMA’s lasting longer than 10 minutes in duration and will be billed on a per minute basis.
